Customs in your country - International deliveries need to pass through customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions.
You are responsible for checking with customs before placing an order for international delivery.
If your delivery address is outside the EU, Please check thresholds and duties for your delivery address before placing an order as costs will incur.
We will not be liable for import restrictions, any additional taxes, fees or levies or import duty on products. Disposal of products by customs may occur and we will not be responsible. It is 100% your responsibility to research the country of destinations LAWS.
To comply with the legislation, YOU or the persons named on the parcel (if it is a gift), may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies or import duty on products.
MAKE SURE that you enter the correct delivery address and postcode.
If the address is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery will be in the hands of customs and may be held up. Beautycoll will not be liable for this.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
When ordering, the recipient is the importer (not Beautycoll) of record and must comply with laws and regulations of the country.
If you won’t be home how about ordering to your work address were our courier service will drop off your parcel for you?
If you are unable to receive delivery our drivers will leave a card at your address for you to contact and re arrange delivery for a time, which suits you.
Alternatively you can arrange to pick up your parcel from your nearest depot.
Terms and conditions of delivery
We want to give our customers the best possible service.
Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day. (excluding weekends & Bank holidays)
Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the following day. (excluding weekends & Bank holidays)
Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the following Monday.
Orders placed at weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
We are happy to accept returns for damaged products or if you are unhappy with your product it must be returned sealed and unopened.
If you receive faulty or tampered with goods please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org before returning so we can have a better understanding of your return.
For all returns please send them direct to our manufacture Marked RETURNS with your invoice enclosed with details of your return.
Our manufacture will notify us daily of all returns.
We aim to sort returns cases within 7 working days.
Please send all returns RECORDED delivery. We will not cover return delivery costs or be liable for lost returns.
