Collagen smoothie recipes

Beautycoll is a great way to get your daily dose of collagen, hyaluronic acid & daily vitamins but did you know you don't have to have your sachet the same way every day? Below are some of our teams favourite smoothie recipes which they add their collagen to for a speedy & delicious way to start the day.


Collagen Berry Smoothie:

Ingredients:

- Handful of Raspberries

- Handful of Blueberries

- x 3 large strawberries or 5 small ones

- x 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt

- x 1 Banana

- 200ml Water

- Ice

- x 1 Beautycoll collagen sachet


Method:

Firstly, into your blender add your water and collagen sachet

Next, add your ice and remaining ingredients

Finally, blitz until smooth, serve and enjoy!


Collagen Super Green Smoothie


Ingredients:

- x 6 cucumber slices

- Handful of Kale

- Half an avocado

- Half a stick of celery

- squeeze of lime

- 200ml Water

- Ice

- x 1 Beautycoll collagen sachet


Method:

Firstly, into your blender add your water and collagen sachet

Next, add your ice and remaining ingredients

Finally, blitz until smooth, serve and enjoy!
