Tomatos 🍅are a source of the antioxidant lycopene and Vitamin C & Avocados 🥑are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also provide lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids...... bon appetit!!


Avocado is a super food for super skin. Avocados are high in vitamin E which is essential for skin beauty. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that can help repair damage to your skin and hair. Avocados contain Vitamin C which promotes collagen and contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Try adding them to a salad or on wholemeal toast for a skin boosting breakfast.


Try avoid sugary smoothies as they are very high in fruit sugars. Sugar is no good for the skin. Always avoid trans fats, salt, sugar and junk food.


Remember to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
