Terms and conditions of delivery


Orders placed before 12.30pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day. (excluding weekends & Bank holidays)

Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the following day. (excluding weekends & Bank holidays)

Orders placed on Fridays after 12.30pm (GMT) will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders placed at weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that after three unsuccessful delivery attempts the customer will be responsible for picking up

their parcel from the delivery depot. 



We are happy to accept returns for damaged products or if you are unhappy with your product it must be returned sealed and un opened within 21 days of purchase. If you receive faulty or tampered with goods please contact us before returning so we can have a better understanding of your return. For all returns please send them direct to our manufacture Marked RETURNS with your invoice enclosed with details of your return. We aim to sort returns cases within 7 working days. Please send all returns RECORDED delivery. We will not cover return delivery costs or be liable for lost returns.

If the address is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery will be in the hands of customs and may be held up.
